1. ALGEMEEN
1.1. Deze voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle Black Friday aanbiedingen van Cyclingbuzz / Kyann Nuyts.
1.2. Door gebruik te maken van één van deze promoties gaat de klant automatisch akkoord met deze Algemene Voorwaarden.
1.3. Alle acties zijn tijdelijk en uitsluitend geldig vanaf maandag 24 november t.e.m. zondag 30 november 2025.

2. NIET COMBINEERBAAR
2.1. De Black Friday deals zijn niet combineerbaar met andere acties, bonnen, kortingen of promoties.
2.2. Er geldt één actie per bestelling.

3. DEAL 1 – KOOP 1 DIGITALE FOTO, KRIJG DE 2DE AAN –30%
3.1. De korting geldt uitsluitend op digitale foto’s die aangekocht worden via Cyclingbuzz / Kyann Nuyts.
3.2. De tweede foto aan –30% moet binnen dezelfde bestelling worden toegevoegd. De korting wordt enkel per set van 2 aangerekend -> voor 3 foto's krijg dus dus alsnog één foto aan 30% korting, vanaf 4 foto's krijg je een tweede foto aan 30% korting.
3.3. Digitale foto’s kunnen niet worden geretourneerd, geannuleerd of terugbetaald.
3.4. Korting geldt niet op reeds gemaakte aankopen of aankopen voor of na de actie.
3.5. Digitale foto’s worden geleverd in JPG-formaat in hoge resolutie. RAW-bestanden worden niet verstrekt.
3.6. De klant krijgt een persoonlijk gebruiksrecht op de foto’s. Herverkoop, commerciële exploitatie of gebruik door bedrijven is niet toegestaan zonder toestemming van Cyclingbuzz / Kyann Nuyts.

4. DEAL 2 – KOOP 1 FOTO PRINT, KRIJG 25% KORTING OP EEN KADER IN STOCK
4.1. De korting van 25% op de fotokader geldt enkel wanneer de print en de kader in éénzelfde bestelling worden aangekocht én het formaat overeenkomt.
4.2. De korting geldt op de verkoopprijs van de kader, niet op de inkoopprijs.
4.3. De korting geldt niet op kaders die reeds in promotie staan.
4.4. Printkosten worden bepaald op basis van het gekozen formaat.
4.5. Prints en kaders zijn maatwerk en worden daarom niet geruild of terugbetaald, behalve bij aantoonbare schade bij levering.
4.6a. Schade moet binnen 24 uur na ontvangst gemeld worden met duidelijke foto’s.
4.6b. Bij ruilen wegens schade zijn de retourkosten ten laste van de klant.
4.7. De korting geldt enkel op kaders die reeds in stock zijn. Kaders die extern besteld worden vallen niet onder de actie.

5. DEAL 3 – 10% KORTING OP MINI FOTOSHOOT + GRATIS PRINT 20×25
5.1. De mini-fotoshoot bedraagt €79,50 exclusief 10% korting.
5.2a. Bij deze actie ontvang je één (1) gratis print 20×25 ter waarde van €26,90 (kader niet inbegrepen).

5.2b. Je ontvangt alle foto's ook in een digitale versie.
5.3. De gratis print is niet inwisselbaar voor geld of andere producten, niet overdraagbaar en enkel geldig voor foto’s uit de geboekte mini-shoot.
5.4. Extra prints, extra digitale foto’s (grijstint), bijkomende personen of extra tijdsduur zijn betalend.
5.5. De mini-shoot duurt 45 minuten, tenzij anders overeengekomen.
5.6. Buiten de standaardzone van 10 km geldt €0,65/km vervoerskost.
5.7. Annulatievoorwaarden: binnen 14 dagen = voorschot (40%) verschuldigd; no-show = volledige bedrag verschuldigd.
5.8. Bij slecht weer kan Cyclingbuzz / Kyann Nuyts de shoot verplaatsen zonder extra kosten.

6. BETALING
6.1. Alle Black Friday deals moeten op voorhand betaald worden.

7. LEVERTERMIJNEN
7.1. Digitale foto’s: 1–3 dagen levering.
7.2. Prints/kaders: 5–20 dagen levering, afhankelijk van eventuele externe leveranciers en/of postdiensten.

7.3. Fotolevering na fotoshoot: 1–10 dagen, afhankelijk van de hoeveelheid.
7.4. Cyclingbuzz / Kyann Nuyts is niet verantwoordelijk voor vertraging door leveranciers of postdiensten.

8. AUTEURSRECHTEN & GEBRUIKSRECHTEN
8.1. Alle beelden blijven eigendom van Cyclingbuzz / Kyann Nuyts.
8.2. De klant krijgt een niet-exclusief persoonlijk gebruiksrecht.
8.3. Commerciële doeleinden, sponsoring of doorverkoop zijn verboden zonder schriftelijke toestemming.
8.4. Cyclingbuzz / Kyann Nuyts mag foto’s gebruiken voor portfolio, website, social media en promotie, tenzij de klant schriftelijk vraagt dit niet te doen.

9. OVERMACHT
Bij overmacht (ziekte, ongeval, extreme weersomstandigheden, defect materiaal, onvoorziene omstandigheden) kan Cyclingbuzz / Kyann Nuyts de shoot verplaatsen of annuleren zonder schadevergoeding. Bij annulatie door overmacht wordt het volledige bedrag terugbetaald.

10. AANSPRAKELIJKHEID
Cyclingbuzz / Kyann Nuyts is niet aansprakelijk voor:
10.1. schade of verlies tijdens transport
10.2. het niet voldoen aan subjectieve verwachtingen
10.3. vertraging bij externe leveranciers
10.4. problemen door foutief aangeleverde informatie van de klant

11. EXTRA ACTIE – WIN EEN CYCLINGBUZZ GIFTBAG 

11.1. Iedere klant die tijdens de Black Friday-actieperiode een aankoop doet, neemt automatisch deel aan de Giftbag-wedstrijd.
11.2. Elke bestelling telt als één deelname, ongeacht het bestelbedrag.
11.3. De Giftbag is niet inwisselbaar voor geld, kortingen of andere producten.
11.4. De inhoud van de Giftbag wordt samengesteld door Cyclingbuzz / Kyann Nuyts.
11.5. De winnaar worden willekeurig gekozen na afloop van de actieperiode en wordt persoonlijk gecontacteerd.
11.6. Wanneer een winnaar niet binnen 24 uur reageert, zal Cyclingbuzz / Kyann Nuyts een nieuwe winnaar selecteren.
11.7. De Giftbag wordt persoonlijk overhandigd of indien gevraagd, opgestuurd; eventuele verzendkosten binnen België zijn niet inbegrepen.
11.8. Deelname is automatisch en gratis, enkel geldig voor aankopen binnen de actieperiode.

TERMS & CONDITIONS – BLACK FRIDAY DEALS 2025

1. GENERAL
1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all Black Friday offers from Cyclingbuzz / Kyann Nuyts.
1.2. By using any of these promotions the customer automatically agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.
1.3. All promotions are temporary and only valid from Monday 24 November until Sunday 30 November 2025.

2. NOT COMBINABLE
2.1. The Black Friday deals cannot be combined with other actions vouchers discounts or promotions.
2.2. Only one promotion applies per order.

3. DEAL 1 – BUY 1 DIGITAL PHOTO GET THE 2ND AT –30%
3.1. The discount applies exclusively to digital photos purchased through Cyclingbuzz / Kyann Nuyts.
3.2. The second photo at –30% must be added within the same order. The discount is applied per set of 2 → for 3 photos you still receive one photo at 30% discount from 4 photos you receive a second discounted photo.
3.3. Digital photos cannot be returned cancelled or refunded.
3.4. Discount does not apply to previous purchases or purchases made before or after the promotion period.
3.5. Digital photos are delivered in high-resolution JPG format. RAW files are not provided.
3.6. The customer receives a personal usage right. Resale commercial use or usage by companies is not allowed without written permission from Cyclingbuzz / Kyann Nuyts.

4. DEAL 2 – BUY 1 PHOTO PRINT GET 25% OFF AN IN-STOCK FRAME
4.1. The 25% discount on the frame only applies when the print and frame are purchased in the same order and the sizes match.
4.2. The discount applies to the retail price of the frame not the purchase price.
4.3. The discount does not apply to frames already on sale.
4.4. Print costs are determined by the selected size.
4.5. Prints and frames are custom-made and therefore cannot be exchanged or refunded except in case of proven damage upon delivery.
4.6a. Damage must be reported within 24 hours after receipt with clear photos.
4.6b. For exchanges due to damage return costs are at the customer’s expense.
4.7. The discount only applies to frames currently in stock. These frames are still in perfect condition . Frames ordered externally are not included in the promotion.

5. DEAL 3 – 10% OFF MINI PHOTO SHOOT + FREE 20×25 PRINT
5.1. The mini photo shoot costs €79.50, the 10% discount is not applied yet.
5.2a. This promotion includes one (1) free 20×25 print worth €26.90 (frame not included).
5.2b. All photos are also delivered digitally.
5.3. The free print is non-exchangeable for cash or other products; non-transferable and only valid for photos from the booked mini shoot.
5.4. Additional prints extra digital photos (grayscale) extra persons or extended shooting time are subject to extra charges.
5.5. The mini shoot lasts 45 minutes unless otherwise agreed.
5.6. Outside the standard 10 km zone a travel fee of €0.65/km applies.
5.7. Cancellation policy: within 14 days = deposit (40%) due; no-show = full amount due.
5.8. In case of bad weather Cyclingbuzz / Kyann Nuyts may move the shoot free of charge.

6. PAYMENT
6.1. All Black Friday deals must be paid in advance.

7. DELIVERY TIMES
7.1. Digital photos: 1–3 days.
7.2. Prints/frames: 5–20 days depending on external suppliers and/or postal services.
7.3. Photo delivery after a photo shoot: 1–10 days depending on the amount.
7.4. Cyclingbuzz / Kyann Nuyts is not responsible for delays by suppliers or postal services.

8. COPYRIGHT & USAGE RIGHTS
8.1. All images remain the property of Cyclingbuzz / Kyann Nuyts.
8.2. The customer receives a non-exclusive personal usage right.
8.3. Commercial use sponsorship or resale is prohibited without written permission.
8.4. Cyclingbuzz / Kyann Nuyts may use photos for portfolio website social media and promotion unless the customer requests in writing not to do so.

9. FORCE MAJEURE
In cases of force majeure (illness accident extreme weather equipment failure unforeseen circumstances) Cyclingbuzz / Kyann Nuyts may reschedule or cancel the shoot without compensation. In case of cancellation due to force majeure the full amount will be refunded.

10. LIABILITY
Cyclingbuzz / Kyann Nuyts is not liable for:
10.1. damage or loss during transport
10.2. not meeting subjective expectations
10.3. delays caused by external suppliers
10.4. problems due to incorrect information provided by the customer

11. EXTRA ACTION – WIN A CYCLINGBUZZ GIFTBAG
11.1. Each customer who makes a purchase during the Black Friday period automatically participates in the Giftbag contest.
11.2. Each order counts as one entry regardless of the order amount.
11.3. The Giftbag cannot be exchanged for money, discounts or other products.
11.4. The contents of the Giftbag are determined by Cyclingbuzz / Kyann Nuyts.
11.5. The winner will be chosen randomly after the promotion period and will be personally contacted.
11.6. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours Cyclingbuzz / Kyann Nuyts will select a new winner.
11.7. The Giftbag will be handed over personally or shipped if requested; any shipping costs within Belgium are not included.
11.8. Participation is automatic and free only valid for purchases within the promotion period.
