1. Organisator

De Paasactie wordt georganiseerd door Cyclingbuzz / Kyann Nuyts, fotograaf en beheerder van de website Cyclingbuzz.

Door deelname aan deze actie verklaart de deelnemer zich akkoord met deze voorwaarden.

2. Actieperiode

De Paasactie loopt gedurende de periode van 30 maart 2026 tot 30 april 2026.

Cyclingbuzz behoudt zich het recht voor om de actie op elk moment te wijzigen, tijdelijk te onderbreken of stop te zetten indien omstandigheden dit vereisen.

3. Deelname

Deelname is gratis en staat open voor iedereen.

Om deel te nemen moet de deelnemer:

1. Een verborgen Paasei vinden in een foto gepubliceerd door Cyclingbuzz.

2. Een screenshot van de foto bezorgen via Instagram.

3. De correcte locatie van het Paasei aanduiden op de screenshot.

De eerste deelnemer die het juiste Paasei meldt via Instagram wordt beschouwd als winnaar.

Het tijdstip van ontvangst van het bericht op het Instagramaccount van Cyclingbuzz geldt als officiële tijdsbepaling.

4. Prijzen

De volgende prijzen kunnen gewonnen worden:

De exacte prijs is afhankelijk van het type Paasei dat werd gevonden.

Prijzen zijn persoonlijk, niet overdraagbaar en niet inwisselbaar voor geld.

5. Kortingscodes

Winnaars ontvangen een persoonlijke kortingscode.

De kortingscode:

• kan slechts één keer gebruikt worden

• is niet combineerbaar met andere acties of kortingen

• is geldig tot en met 30 juni 2026

Cyclingbuzz behoudt zich het recht voor een kortingscode ongeldig te verklaren bij misbruik.

6. Beperking deelname

Per persoon kan maximaal één prijs gedurende de gehele actieperiode worden gewonnen.

7. Geldigheid van foto's

Kortingen en gratis foto's zijn enkel geldig op foto’s aangeboden via Cyclingbuzz en zijn onderworpen aan de algemene verkoopvoorwaarden van Cyclingbuzz.

8. Misbruik en fraude

Cyclingbuzz behoudt zich het recht voor deelnemers uit te sluiten bij:

• fraude of poging tot fraude

• manipulatie van de actie

• het verzenden van meerdere gokberichten zonder daadwerkelijk het Paasei te hebben gevonden

• onrespectvol of storend gedrag

In dergelijke gevallen kan een prijs geweigerd of ingetrokken worden.

9. Aansprakelijkheid

Cyclingbuzz kan niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor:

• technische problemen

• storingen bij sociale media platforms

• vertragingen in communicatie

• fouten in publicaties of plaatsing van foto's

• omstandigheden buiten de wil van de organisator

10. Bepaling van de winnaar

De organisator bepaalt op basis van het eerste correcte bericht met screenshot wie de winnaar is.

Bij twijfel, gelijktijdige inzendingen of technische vertragingen heeft de organisator het exclusieve recht om de uiteindelijke winnaar te bepalen. Deze beslissing is definitief en kan niet worden aangevochten.

11. Aanvaarding voorwaarden

Door deelname aan de Paasactie verklaart de deelnemer zich volledig akkoord met deze voorwaarden.

12. Juridische bepaling

Deze actie betreft een promotionele marketingactie en is geen kansspel of loterij in de zin van de Belgische kansspelwetgeving.

1. ORGANIZER
The Easter promotion is organized by Cyclingbuzz / Kyann Nuyts, photographer and founder of the Cyclingbuzz website.

By participating in this promotion, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.

 

2. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Easter promotion runs from 30th of march 2026 until the 30th of april 2026

Cyclingbuzz reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time if circumstances require.

 

3. PARTICIPATION
Participation is free and open to everyone.

To participate, the participant must:

• Find a hidden Easter egg in a photo published by Cyclingbuzz. (posts, photogallery, website, ...)

• Send a screenshot of the photo via Instagram private message.

• Indicate the correct location of the Easter egg on the screenshot.

The first participant who correctly reports the Easter egg via Instagram will be considered the winner.

The time of receipt of the message on the Cyclingbuzz Instagram account will be considered the official timestamp.

 

4. PRIZES
The following prizes can be won:

The exact prize depends on the type of Easter egg found.

Prizes are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

5. DISCOUNT CODES
Winners will receive a personal discount code.

The discount code:

• can only be used once

• cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts

• is valid until June 30th, 2026

Cyclingbuzz reserves the right to invalidate a discount code in case of misuse.

 

6. PARTICIPATION LIMIT
Each person may win a maximum of one prize during the entire promotion period.

 

7. VALIDITY OF PHOTOS
Discounts and free photos are only valid on photos offered via Cyclingbuzz and are subject to the general sales terms of Cyclingbuzz.

 

8. ABUSE AND FRAUD
Cyclingbuzz reserves the right to exclude participants in case of:

• fraud or attempted fraud

• manipulation of the promotion

• sending multiple guess messages without actually finding the Easter egg

• disrespectful or disruptive behavior

In such cases, a prize may be refused or withdrawn.

 

9. LIABILITY
Cyclingbuzz cannot be held liable for:

• technical issues

• disruptions on social media platforms

• delays in communication

• errors in publications or photo placement

• circumstances beyond the organizer’s control

10. DETERMINATION OF THE WINNER
The organizer determines the winner based on the first correct message with a screenshot.

In case of doubt, simultaneous submissions, or technical delays, the organizer has the exclusive right to determine the final winner. This decision is final and cannot be contested.

 

11. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By participating in the Easter promotion, the participant fully agrees to these terms and conditions.

 

12. LEGAL PROVISION
This promotion is a marketing campaign and does not constitute a game of chance or lottery within the meaning of Belgian gambling legislation.
